This is my fourth year with DISD, I began teaching in Dayton ISD during the 2020-2021 school year;. My first assignment was to teach 6^th and 7^th Grade Mathematics at Woodrow Wilson Jr. High, and since then I have been teaching Geometry at Dayton High School.

Over the past decade I have served in various positions throughout multiple non-profits and churches. My experience includes Youth Director, Associate Pastor, Executive Pastor, Program Director for Christian Leadership, and Vice-President of Advancement. Primarily my focus has been geared to christian ministry, however serving local communities has exposed me to the importance of marketing, public relations, government policies, counseling, crisis-management, construction-management, and global-endeavors. 

One of the highlights of my previous career was the opportunitites to explore the world. During that time I have stepped foot in 17+ countries, primarily focused in the Pacific Asia area. In all my time combined I’ve spent roughly 10 months overseas, 4 of which were focused in Vietnam. 

• My wife, Morgan, and I married in December of 2015, and we have one daughter who turned 4 years old in August 2023 and a son born in June of 2023. 
• Morgan serves on the administration team of Richter Elementary as the ELAR Instructional Coach.
• We have a 5 year old female F1B Goldendoodle named Mabel.
